Carole Fabrics response to COVID-19

We are excited to hit the ground running in 2021; however, as we are all aware the COVID‑19 pandemic continues to persist. The safety of our customers and employees is always our top priority. We continue to manufacture and ship orders daily, practicing safety measures for all employees under the current circumstances. Despite our best efforts, you may experience some delays in receiving your product.

The worldwide effect of the pandemic has caused extended lead times in producing and receiving fabrics, as well as shipping and freight carrier delays. Thankfully, Carole has been able to remain open through this pandemic, but delays in response and delivery times may also be due to unpredictable quarantines or infections. Over the last several months we have extended hours, implemented mandatory overtime, and cross-trained employees in order to help offset delays, but at this time we are not able to commit to our normal 10‑day turnaround.
